Framed by the gentle Yorkshire sunshine, The Healthy Home offers a serene sanctuary in the heart of a private woodland. This lovingly restored 700-year-old house, perched on a hilltop with breathtaking views, has been nurtured for over half a century. Surrounded by a nature reserve garden, it provides a peaceful haven where guests find themselves reluctant to leave. With its luxurious spaces and tranquil atmosphere, The Healthy Home is the perfect setting for our retreats, intimate gatherings, and moments of deep connection. 10:00 am - 10:15 am: Welcome and Introduction - Begin your journey with a warm welcome from our facilitators, who will provide an overview of the day and introduce you to the peaceful surroundings.
10:15 am - 11:00 am: Yoga Class - Ease into the day with a gentle yoga session designed to relax your body and calm your mind. Suitable for all levels, our experienced instructor will guide you through poses that promote flexibility and inner peace. 11:00 am - 11:15 am: Refreshment Break - Enjoy a selection of healthy refreshments and take a moment to connect with fellow participants. 11:15 am - 12:00 pm: Cacao Ceremony - Experience the heart-opening benefits of cacao in a guided ceremony. Learn about its healing properties and participate in a meditation and sharing circle that fosters a sense of community and inner connection. 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm: Nourishing Lunch - Savor a delicious, healthy lunch prepared with fresh, wholesome ingredients. Take this time to relax, reflect, and enjoy the natural beauty of the retreat setting. 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm: Group Guided Relaxation - Dive deep into a state of tranquility with a guided relaxation session. Discover your inner sanctuary through visualization techniques and soothing guidance, helping you release stress and embrace serenity. 2:00 pm - 3:45 pm: One-to-One Hypnotherapy Sessions - Each participant will have the opportunity for a private 45-minute session with our skilled clinical hypnotherapist. These personalised sessions are tailored to address individual needs and support your journey of self-discovery and healing. - During this time, other participants can engage in self-reflection activities, journaling, or nature walks. - Massage, Reiki and Reflexology are also available. 3:45 pm - 4:00 pm: Closing Circle - We conclude the day with a closing circle, where you can share your experiences and insights from the retreat. This is a time to connect with the group, express gratitude, and take away lasting tools for continued personal growth. |

Participants have the opportunity to work through limiting beliefs, negative emotions, and past experiences to create a positive future timeline. - Those not receiving therapy gather for a cozy group guided meditation. The guide leads the group through a journey of relaxation and inner exploration. 1:00 PM - 2:00 PM: Seasonal Lunch - Delicious autumn-inspired lunch featuring seasonal ingredients and flavors. - Opportunity for informal networking and socializing with other participants. 2:00 PM - 3:00 PM: Meet Your Higher Self Hypnotherapy - Cacao Ceremony & Group hypnotherapy session in a peaceful cozy indoor space. Participants are guided to connect with their inner wisdom, intuition, and higher self for self-discovery and guidance. 3:00 PM - 3:30 PM: Refreshment Break - savor chewy flapjacks, a variety of crunchy nuts, and rich, fudgy brownies, with warm herbal teas or freshly brewed coffee, a cozy and indulgent pause in the retreat. 3:30 PM - 5:00 PM: One-on-One Therapy Sessions - Individual sessions with a certified hypnotherapist for emotional clearing, healing, and empowerment. Participants have the opportunity to work through limiting beliefs, negative emotions, and past experiences to create a positive future timeline. - Massage, Reflexology and reiki are also available. - Those not receiving therapy gather on for a cozy group guided meditation.
