This lovingly restored 700-year-old house, perched on a hilltop with breathtaking views, has been nurtured for over half a century. Surrounded by a nature reserve garden, it provides a peaceful haven where guests find themselves reluctant to leave. With its luxurious spaces and tranquil atmosphere, The Healthy Home is the perfect setting for our retreats, intimate gatherings, and moments of deep connection. 10:00 am - 10:15 am: Welcome and Introduction - Begin your journey with a warm welcome from our facilitators, who will provide an overview of the day and introduce you to the peaceful surroundings.
10:15 am - 11:00 am: Yoga Class - Ease into the day with a gentle yoga session designed to relax your body and calm your mind. Suitable for all levels, our experienced instructor will guide you through poses that promote flexibility and inner peace. 11:00 am - 11:15 am: Refreshment Break - Enjoy a selection of healthy refreshments and take a moment to connect with fellow participants. 11:15 am - 12:00 pm: Cacao Ceremony - Experience the heart-opening benefits of cacao in a guided ceremony. Learn about its healing properties and participate in a meditation and sharing circle that fosters a sense of community and inner connection. 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm: Nourishing Lunch - Savor a delicious, healthy lunch prepared with fresh, wholesome ingredients. Take this time to relax, reflect, and enjoy the natural beauty of the retreat setting. 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm: Group Guided Relaxation - Dive deep into a state of tranquility with a guided relaxation session. Discover your inner sanctuary through visualization techniques and soothing guidance, helping you release stress and embrace serenity. 2:00 pm - 3:45 pm: One-to-One Hypnotherapy Sessions - Each participant will have the opportunity for a private 45-minute session with our skilled clinical hypnotherapist. These personalised sessions are tailored to address individual needs and support your journey of self-discovery and healing. - During this time, other participants can engage in self-reflection activities, journaling, or nature walks. - Massage, Reiki and Reflexology are also available. 3:45 pm - 4:00 pm: Closing Circle - We conclude the day with a closing circle, where you can share your experiences and insights from the retreat. Gentle flow to open the body, emphasising the metaphor of planting seeds and growing toward the light. Gentle backbends, heart-openers, and grounding poses to cultivate energy, strength, and flexibility. 11:15- 11:30 Morning Tea Break: A Pause for Reflection and Refreshment. A gentle pause, allowing participants to recharge while staying present in the retreat’s nurturing atmosphere. 11:30- 1:00 Group Hypnotherapy & One to One Hypnotherapy: Seeds of Renewal & Spring Breeze breathwork and inner calm group session. The Somatic Breathwork session will guide participants through powerful breathing techniques combined with body awareness to release stored tension and emotions. This practice helps reconnect the mind and body, allowing participants to process and let go of stress or trauma. By promoting relaxation and a free flow of energy, somatic breathwork cultivates a deep sense of inner peace, leaving participants feeling grounded, clear, and more connected to their true selves. This is then followed with a beautiful calm inner peace session. One-to-One Hypnotherapy Sessions (Parts Therapy) Reconnecting with Lost Parts of the Self Personalised hypnotherapy sessions using Parts Therapy. This powerful technique guides participants into a deep state of relaxation where they can explore, reconnect, and heal the parts of themselves that may have been lost, neglected, or wounded. The objective is to help participants rediscover their authentic selves, recognise hidden strengths, and integrate these parts to move forward in their personal journeys with clarity, empowerment, and self-compassion. 1:00- 2:00: Lunch, a nutritious, light meal, focusing on fresh, seasonal produce (salads, grains, vegetables, and herbal teas). 2:00 - 3:00: Loving Kindness Cacao Ceremony Blossoming Compassion. Cultivating kindness for oneself and others. A cacao ceremony practice of Loving Kindness (Metta), designed to nurture compassion for oneself, loved ones, and all beings. Open the heart, helping participants feel more connected to themselves and the world, like flowers opening up to the sun. 3:15 - 4:45: Group Hypnotherapy & One to One Hypnotherapy, a repeat the morning sessions, somatic breathwork, followed with a beautiful calm inner peace session. One-to-One Hypnotherapy Sessions (Parts Therapy) Reconnecting with Lost Parts of the Self Personalized hypnotherapy sessions using Parts Therapy. The objective is to help participants rediscover their authentic selves, recognise hidden strengths, and integrate these parts to move forward in their personal journeys with clarity, empowerment, and self-compassion. Healing Bodywork Sessions (Reiki, Reflexology, Massage) Participants are invited to add on to their day healing bodywork therapies: Reiki: A gentle energy healing session to balance and align the body’s energy centres, promoting deep relaxation and emotional release. Reflexology: A foot therapy that applies pressure to specific points to relieve tension, stimulate healing, and balance the body's systems. Massage Therapy: A nurturing full-body massage to release physical tension, ease stress, and encourage deep relaxation. These bodywork therapies are designed to release physical and emotional tension, helping participants integrate the day’s emotional work on a deeper level. 4:45- 5:00: Closing Meditation, A short, grounding gratitude meditation to anchor the experiences of the day Self-Reflection and Integration and carry forward the energy of renewal and growth.
