Our online, hybrid and blended learning programmes are designed with students like you in mind. Students pay a subscription of £75 per month and gain access to the Eleven Module Practitioner Diploma Programme, workshops, Masterclasses, Peer supervision and a community of hypnotherapists for support and professional development. You can work at your own pace at an affordable price. All our courses are Hybrid so delivered Live-Online as an eLearning course, and In-Person at our learning retreat weekends. All Our hybrid courses are a blend of eLearning at your own pace, virtual classroom masterclasses, and peer supervision session, with interactive and synchronised learning. |

The Syllabus.
The first Module is a foundation Course introducing you to the fascinating world of modern clinical hypnosis. Packed with examples and demonstrations; and you even get to hypnotise each other for the very first time! You'll learn how to Induce trance and build confidence. You'll complete the eLearning module at your own pace, joining weekly Masterclasses, live practice sessions, and peer supervision.
In Module 1 you'll learn how to deepen trance, discover language patterns, how to communicate with the subconscious and how to create unique inner sanctuary spaces. In module 2 you'll get to grips with multiple ways of creating and using suggestion therapy in addition to learning more powerful language patterns that bring about rapid transformation. You'll start to understand the theories about regression therapy for exploration, hypnoanalysis, and getting to the root cause of challenges. You'll discover psychological therapies of memory and then begin to apply them in practice. You'll complete the module 2 eLearning module at your own pace, and participate in optional weekly Masterclasses, live interactive practice sessions, and peer supervision.
In module 3 you'll further explore and develop your ability to use hypnotic language patterns, for effective consultation processes, rapid transformation or behaviour change and state change. Module 4 is an eLearning programme of academic study, optional attendance of Masterclasses, Practise sessions and Supervision. In this module we look at open eye hypnosis, methods of working with clients that rapidly break down old unwanted thoughts, feelings and behaviours, creating new more desired ways of being. You gain an introduction to EFT and you'll learn powerful solution focused techniques that help clients get free from unwanted feelings and behaviours, rapidly heal fears and overcome phobias and guide clients to find powerful inner recourses that are tangible, and bring about psychological strength.
Throughout Modules 5 to 10, You'll learn how to apply the tools and techniques you've learned in specialist areas. You'll work on a project to research create and deliver hypnotherapy in a variety of settings. Delivering Hypnotherapy through audio, video, in-person sessions, group settings, as well as the traditional methods and ensuring accessibility for all.
Module 5 is the first of our workshops, here we take a journey though time to discover the basic viewpoints, theories, methods and technologies of psychological science. You will examine basic psychological phenomena such as human perception, memory, thinking, language, consciousness and emotion so that you can have a scientific understanding of the mind, behaviour and establish critical thinking. We journey to the present date and see through a microscope what is happening in the brain when we think, feel, imagine and remember and how this has an impact on the cells of our body. We look at what is happening in the brain when our clients are in a trance state and how that can guide us in selecting tools and techniques.
We then look at pharmacology and the impact of specific medicines, the theories, research and hypnotherapeutic interventions to assist with tolerance, withdrawal and how to work alongside other medical and health practitioners.
This teaching enables us to understand deeper the therapeutic interventions we can offer with hypnotherapy to assist with PTSD, Depression and Panic disorders. You'll complete three eLearning modules of academic study and be able to attend Masterclasses, Practise sessions and Peer Supervision.

Module 6 each of the three workshops is packed with examples, case studies, resources and practice sessions. Here you'll learn a protocol to bring about good sleep hygiene and offer hypnotherapeutic interventions for a better nights sleep. This module offers the first of our workshops on helping people become free from substance misuse. A focus is on weight management and sugar addiction. In addition you'll learn the protocol to promote a healthy relationship with food great for supporting under or over eaters and you will learn how to deliver The hypnotic gastric band. You'll also have an introduction to Parts Therapy.
Module 7 you will continue to learn how to support behaviour change around substance misuse and will learn my six steps protocol that includes smoking cessation counselling and hypnotherapeutic intervention. We will address in more detail alcohol reduction interventions and will again learn more about parts therapy and its application for resolving inner conflict. You will learn the huge benefits people gain who use hypnotherapy to reduce the symptoms of IBS and burnout. A focus is on avoiding burnout, setting clear goals and rising to the challenge, success and achievement when using hypnotherapy to enhance your sporting abilities.

Module 8 is our women's wellbeing module. Hypnotherapy offers holistic support for various women's health stages. For menstrual cycle difficulties, it aids in reducing stress and pain through relaxation techniques. In natural fertility, it addresses anxiety and enhances emotional well-being, potentially boosting conception chances. During pregnancy, hypnotherapy fosters a calm mindset, eases discomfort, and aids in preparing for childbirth (hypnobirthing). In menopause, it assists in managing symptoms like hot flashes and insomnia, while promoting emotional balance. By harnessing the power of the mind-body connection, hypnotherapy proves advantageous in alleviating challenges across these stages, fostering overall women's health and empowerment. You'll be given access to 4 workshops and loads of supportive resources that will enable you to specialise in this area.

In module 9 we dive into spiritual hypnotherapy, working with regression and alternate dimensions of reality. Our aim is to address our clients unique spiritual objectives help them to discover their calling, purpose, grow and develop their connection with their faith. You'll then learn how to deliver an interactive workshop based on the work of John Bradshaw and his inner child work. Inner child work is a way to address the needs that haven't been met as children and heal the attachment wounds we've developed. You'll learn how to offer this work in groups and one to one.
Module 10 prepares you to work with children, and aims to insure you have everything in place for professional practice. We cover safeguarding, DBS, memberships, associations and legal requirements for your practise. You'll be required to hand in your coursework, projects and case studies, demonstrating you have met all the requirements of the CNHC. You will then participate in a final review of the course contents.
