​Our course begins with our Foundation in Clinical Hypnotherapy. This gives you an opportunity to see if learning with us is really for you. You'll gain 14 hours of CPD, be able to see the materials and resources, meet your tutor and potential colleagues too. You also gain Student membership with The Complementary Medical Association. The course focuses on confidence building, such a great tool for your clients and for yourself when starting anything new. You'll learn how to safely induce and deepen trance and grasp the basics of suggestion therapy. 

On gaining our Foundation you'll be able to choose to specialise and complete Our Spiritual Hypnotherapy Diploma.  Should you already be a qualified clinical Hypnotherapist you are not required to attend the Foundation Course. An entrance exam will be sent to you prior to enrolment.  Please contact Amanda Joy So that this can be arranged. 

The Spiritual Hypnotherapy course is aimed at absolute beginners or qualified therapists who have an interest in using hypnotherapy to harness the metaphysical aspects of Clinical Hypnosis.

​Module one

​The seven main induction methods and how to select the best one for your client.  Progressive muscle relaxation to rid fear, release tension and as a trance induction technique.  Elman induction, a rapid induction using a series of suggestibility tests to deepen and to achieve Somnambulism, The Esdaile and Sleep state, deep trance depths.  Discovering spirit guides the concept of a nonphysical being assigned to help a soul attain its greatest potential on Earth. Discovering the Higher self connecting with an eternal, omnipotent, conscious, and intelligent being, who is one's real self. Working with animal guides, a teacher or messenger that comes in the form of and animal and has a personal relationship with the individual. The animal guide provides guidance, lessons, protection, power, or wisdom. Special place technique provides an inner sanctuary, a place within to reflect, heal, rest and learn.   The Global reframe as It can be beneficial to step back, examine the evidence for your thoughts and explore other ways of looking at situations.  Self preparation techniques as all journeys require preparation. The inner journey is no exception to that rule. here we share ways to prepare yourself as the therapist for your days work.

Module two

You'll get to grips with multiple ways of creating and using suggestion therapy in addition to learning more powerful language patterns that bring about rapid transformation. You'll start to understand the theories about regression therapy for exploration, hypnoanalysis, and getting to the root cause of challenges. You'll discover psychological therapies of memory and then begin to apply them in practice.  You'll further explore and develop your ability to use hypnotic  language patterns, for effective consultation processes, rapid transformation or behaviour change and state change.  You'll learn how to create sessions for audio, video and group therapy.  How to use the power of guided visualisation and metaphor to guide your clients to reach their objectives.

Religious beliefs, what are religious beliefs, an overview of different faiths, looking at Animism, Polytheism and Monotheism.  Intuitive working with clients and within your business. Working intuitively is all about working smarter, not harder. It’s a way of allowing the flow of things happen a sense that you instinctively know where and how best to spend your energy. Reverse metaphor is a technique that allows the client’s subconscious mind to reveal its secrets and perspectives to the conscious mind through storytelling.  Time Line therapy techniques  to access experiences from a present or past-life. Done in a very focused way, using an emotional guidance system to find the memories that are relevant and helpful to the issues clients are experiencing.  Accessing the the Akashic Records using hypnosis. The Akashic records are a cosmic, energetic space where we can access pure divine wisdom for our soul's path.  Working with ​Life between lives helping our clients connect deeper with their purpose, divine calling, the reason why they are here. Setting out our clients unique spiritual objectives.  Any intentions that your client may have relating to discovering their purpose and living a meaningful life.  It doesn't matter if they follow the teachings of Christ, Buddha, or they are not religious at all having clear objectives in a any session is vital. Barriers to effective therapy, and how to overcome them.  Abreaction, an emotional release and how to support the client as they experience this deep healing. Regression and revivification and selecting regression tools for our unique client.   Age regression techniques,  Timeline techniques, Metaphors and techniques for Past Life regression. Primal imaging and reverse metaphor to enable clients to bring information from the subconscious to the conscious realm.   Pathworking and DNA come from the idea that our memories are stored in our genes, most neuroscientists believe that long-term memories are built into the brain, here we look at these concepts and how to use these beliefs to guide clients.  Based on Ericksonian hypnotherapy theories, ideo-motor signalling is the name given to a technique where a client moves (usually a finger) to communicate a yes or no response.  We expand on this an include dowsing techniques.

Hypno analysis and Watkins bridge of time. The "affect bridge" is a technique whereby a patient is moved experientially from the present to a past incident over an affect common to the 2 events rather than through an overlapping "idea" as is usual in psychoanalytic association. Akashic journey preparation spiritual practices. Parts Therapy, our personality parts are aspects of the subconscious, each with their respective jobs or functions of the inner mind. In other words, we tend to wear many different hats as we walk through the path of life. Mapping out the parts can help us get to know aspects of ourselves deeper.   Working with the Therapeutic techniques and concepts of the Holy Trinity. When we are are growing up and developing, our caretakers model for us a picture of God. Depending on experiences in childhood it can shape the relationship we have with God.  When we desire to be closer to God these experiences can limit our spiritual growth. ​This tool looks at how our relationships with our earthly fathers affect how we see Father God, our relationships with our siblings, friends and peers affect how we see Jesus, and our relationships with our mothers affect how we see ​The Holy Spirit.

Accessing divine wisdom techniques to assist or those who wish to obtain divine insight from their perception of God or Higher Power. Regression therapy is an approach to treatment that focuses on resolving significant past events believed to be interfering with a person's present mental and emotional wellness.  Reframing is a healing strategy that helps people to adjust their mindset.  It often involves focusing on more positive thoughts, or connecting with inner strengths, it can also be centered on changing expectations, offering forgiveness, having acceptance and even giving hurt parts of the self a the ability to express so healing can begin.   Finding inner resources and gifts Ego strengthening techniques enable an individual to maintain their identity and sense of self in the face of pain, distress and conflict, whilst having the ability to acquire new resiliance and coping mechanisms.

Module nine

Dreamscaping and travelling to alternate dimensions of reality. Using concepts of the spirit world, clients may encounter spirit guides, totem animals, ancestors, or other spiritual entities. These encounters are often highly symbolic and can offer guidance, healing, or answers to questions.  Journeying enables an exploration of the spirit world, seeking to fulfil clients intentions or gain insights. They may ask questions, seek healing for themselves or others, or perform other tasks. Facilitate Dreamscaping, journeying and inner exploration connecting with the council of elders and other omnipotent beings.  ​Dreamscaping is similar to shamanic journeying and is often used within a therapeutic or hypnotherapeutic context, while shamanic journeying is rooted in the practices of indigenous cultures and is typically performed by trained shamans or practitioners of shamanism.

Module ten

Trance channelling a spiritual or metaphysical practice in which an individual, enters into an altered state of altered consciousness to allow the communication or transmission of messages, information, or energy from non-physical entities or beings. These entities may be spirits, guides, ascended masters, or other consciousnesses beyond the individual's own. Trance channelling is often regarded as a means of spiritual guidance, insight, and healing.  Soul retrieval is based on the idea that a person's soul can become fragmented or lost due to traumatic experiences, significant life events, or emotional wounds. We facilitate a recovery and reintegration of these lost soul fragments to restore a person's well-being and wholeness. Soul retrieval is often seen as a means of healing and personal transformation.
