Tracy has always had an affinity with metaphor. As a Hypnotherapist and formerly a Designer, Tracy draws upon her creative and visionary skills to help others rethink and imagine. Tracy began writing professionally in 2018 after students asked her to share her hypnosis methods. From this 'A Creative Guide to Therapeutic Metaphor' was born, followed by her course in Therapeutic Metaphor, first taught live on behalf of YHT, now offered live online.
Published in 2018 'A Creative Guide to Therapeutic Metaphor' weaves Tracy's own life experiences with methods to improve our use of metaphor .
Whether it be for your own Hypnosis scripting or to expand your skills, this workshop will help students develop a flair for Metaphor, creativity and thinking outside the box.
Too often we use the same metaphors over and over when writing or talking. Tracy's workshop will help you to break those moulds. As a hypnotherapist it is very easy to tweak the same script so that it applies to more than one client. Tracy's success as a Hypnotherapist is largely due to the hours she spends writing each script.
