Usui Reiki Ryoho - Shoden is a Japanese word meaning `first teachings`
Its the closest to the original outside of Japan and includes the founder Mikao Usui`s original meditations, energy exercises and self - healing practices. Originally it was never taught as a hands on therapy, but as a personal and spiritual development pathway towards finding ones true happiness. This is what we teach all our students - this is a journey of personal empowerment via self discovery.
